How the job goes.

Identify the fabric
Fiber, backing, and dye stability get checked before any moisture touches the piece, because the cleaning method depends on what that fabric can safely take.

Pre-treat the oils
Headrests and arms carry years of body oil that water-based cleaning smears around. A solvent-safe degreaser and light agitation break it down first.
- 03
Extract
A low-moisture hand tool with controlled flow gives the fabric a deep rinse without soaking the cushion cores, so everything dries evenly and you don't get water rings.
- 04
Air-finish
Airflow speeds drying while we groom the fabric; protector applied if requested. Most pieces are usable the same evening.

Headrest and arm-oil stains on microfiber
Body oils accumulate exactly where people lean. Solvent-safe degreaser pre-treat, light agitation, low-moisture extract. We groom the nap so it dries even.
Wine, food, and pet stains on sectionals
We spot-test color first, choose the chemistry for the fiber, and extract from the outside in. Some red dyes never lift completely, and we'll tell you that before we start.
Linen or viscose pieces nobody else will touch
Most cleaners say no. We use a conservative low-moisture process, test in a hidden spot first, and dry under tension to avoid browning.
Smoke or pet odor in a couch you can't replace
Enzyme deodorizer rather than perfume, plus deep hand-tool extraction. One warning: when the cushion foam itself holds the smell, replacing the foam is the only fix, and we'll tell you that before cleaning the fabric.

Questions we get most.
How long until my carpets and furniture are dry after cleaning?
Four to eight hours for carpet; upholstery is similar, sometimes longer for thick cushions. Fiber type, humidity, and airflow all play a role, and running ceiling fans or the HVAC fan speeds things up. We do extra extraction passes to pull out as much moisture as possible. Walking on damp carpet in clean socks is fine, but keep shoes, pets, and heavy furniture off until it's fully dry.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. Our standard residential line is non-toxic and biodegradable, chosen because we work in houses with kids, pets, and sensitivities every day. The rinse matters as much as the product: thorough extraction leaves no sticky residue in the fiber, which is what attracts soil back and causes irritation. Mention allergies or chemical sensitivities when you book and we'll use the mildest effective option.
Is the cleaning safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. The solutions we use in homes are child- and pet-safe at the dilutions we apply, and a thorough rinse means nothing harsh stays behind in the fiber. Keep kids and pets in another room during the work, mostly so nobody trips on hoses. Socks on damp carpet are fine right away; let pets back on once it's dry.
How do you clean mattresses?
With low-moisture hot-water extraction, so the mattress is dry by bedtime. It pulls out what builds up in a mattress over the years: dust mites and their debris, dead skin, sweat, and dander, which are common triggers for people who wake up congested. Stains get treated individually and deodorizing is available. It's an easy add-on to a carpet or upholstery visit, and worth doing yearly in dust-allergy households.
Can you get rid of odors in carpet and furniture?
Usually, yes, by treating the source instead of spraying over it. Pet accidents, smoke, cooking oils, and dampness each need different chemistry; enzymes break down pet odors, while smoke needs a different approach. One caveat: old urine that soaked into the carpet pad may need the pad replaced for the odor to go completely. If that's your situation, we'll tell you at the inspection.
