Commercial water damage restoration with same-day response.
A commercial water loss costs you business every day the doors stay closed, so we scope the work around getting you open. It's the same work we do in houses, scaled up: same-day extraction, structural drying verified with daily logged readings, containment so the dry side of the building keeps operating, and documentation built for commercial carriers and their adjusters. We're IICRC-certified and independent, and the emergency line is answered six days a week across seven counties in NY and North Jersey.
Serving Orange, Rockland & Westchester counties in NY and Bergen, Passaic, Essex & Hudson counties in North Jersey.
Active loss? Skip the form and call. The line is answered six days a week. Closed Saturdays for Shabbat.

Problems we hear most
What the calls are about.
- A sprinkler head or riser that failed overnight, found at opening
- A roof or drainage failure sending storm water into occupied space
- Payroll and rent that keep running while the space sits closed
- A commercial policy that expects moisture logs, photos, and an itemized scope
- Landlord and tenant carriers disagreeing about coverage while materials stay wet
- Inventory, equipment, and records sitting inside the wet zone
Scope of work
What we handle.
- Emergency extraction with truck-mounted units and submersible pumps
- Structural drying: LGR dehumidifiers, air movers, and daily logged readings
- Containment and floor protection so open areas can keep operating
- Saturated materials removed and itemized — carpet, pad, drywall, insulation
- Moisture mapping with thermal imaging across large floor plates
- Build-back coordination so the space reopens finished, not patched
From our jobs

How the work runs
Our process for commercial water damage properties.
Step 1
Same-day response
Call (845) 262-6530 and you're talking to the crew, six days a week. We ask what failed, whether the water has stopped, and what's sitting in it, while the truck gets loaded.
Step 2
Stabilize the site
We confirm the source is off, isolate power wherever water reached it, move or protect inventory and equipment, and put containment up between the wet zone and the parts of the building still operating.
Step 3
Extract and dry to a standard
Truck-mounted extraction comes first, then drying equipment placed by measurement, with readings logged daily until the structure is dry, not just the surface. On a commercial loss, that log is also what justifies every equipment day on the claim.
Step 4
Document for a commercial claim
Commercial adjusters expect more than photos of a wet floor: entry points, affected square footage, itemized removed materials, and the daily drying curve. We build that file as we work and hand it over with the itemized scope.
Step 5
Reopen in phases
Demolition, drying, and build-back get sequenced so the most space possible stays usable at each stage, and we tell you up front which areas come back first.
Insurance
We work with your insurance, and we bill them directly
- 01
Call us
We answer, ask what happened, and get a crew moving. Same-day emergency response on active water.
- 02
We document everything
We take moisture readings and photos and write up a scope of work before drying starts, so your adjuster has the file from day one.
- 03
We bill your insurer directly
We work directly with your insurance company on covered water and mold claims, so you're not fronting the full cost and chasing reimbursement.
Your deductible is still yours to cover, and we'll tell you that number before any work starts rather than after. You also don't need a claim to hire us. Plenty of our jobs are paid directly by the homeowner, and after the free inspection we'll say which way makes more sense for the damage you have.
Estimates
Free walkthrough, then a written scope.
On an active loss we respond first and the written scope follows the same day. For anything less urgent, like a slow leak found during a fit-out or a moisture question before a lease, the walkthrough and written scope are free with no obligation. Either way, we inspect the property before we give you a number.
The scope is based on the property itself: square footage, access, scheduling windows, and what the walkthrough finds. It goes in writing before work starts, and if the work needs to change once we open something up, we call you before we do it.
Where this fits
- Sprinkler and standpipe failures in office, retail, and mixed-use space
- Roof and drainage failures over storefronts and warehouse floors
- Supply-line and water-heater failures above finished commercial space
- Any loss where the reopening date drives every decision on the schedule
FAQs from commercial water damage managers
Questions we get most.
How fast can you be on site?
Same-day, usually within hours. The emergency line is answered 8am to 6pm, Sunday through Friday. We're a Shabbat-observant company, closed Saturdays. If your loss lands outside those hours, we dispatch as soon as we reopen.
Can we stay open while you work?
Usually at least partly, and we plan for it in the scope. Containment walls isolate the wet zone, equipment is placed and cabled to keep exits clear, and drying is sequenced so finished areas come back online first. We work that out with you on day one.
How does insurance work on a commercial loss?
Commercial property claims run on documentation: what failed, when, what the water reached, what was removed, and why every equipment day was justified. We photograph and meter from the first hour, keep daily drying logs, itemize removed materials, and bill the carrier directly on covered claims. Where landlord and tenant policies both apply, we document so each carrier gets what it needs, and your broker sorts out who covers what.
Are you big enough for a large loss?
We're a local, independent company rather than a national catastrophe franchise, and the crew running your dry-down is the crew accountable for the result. We run commercial-grade extraction and drying equipment sized for the building stock across our seven counties. If a loss is bigger than we can staff, we'll say so on the first phone call.
Ready for a walkthrough?
We reply within one business day, and the walkthrough is free.
Who's showing up
Local and independent since 2019.
The person on the phone is the person planning the job, and the crew that writes the scope is the crew that shows up to do it.
