Office carpet care and water response, after hours.
We clean office carpet and upholstery after hours, on a recurring rotation or as a one-time reset, and we handle the water and mold work in the same space. We're IICRC-certified for water damage restoration and mold remediation, and commercial cleaning runs under the same roof, so the company that keeps the office looking right is also the one you call when a pipe fails over the server room. We're licensed, bonded, and insured, and we cover seven counties in NY and North Jersey.
Serving Orange, Rockland & Westchester counties in NY and Bergen, Passaic, Essex & Hudson counties in North Jersey.

Problems we hear most
What the calls are about.
- Traffic lanes worn between the desks, the kitchen, and the conference room
- A conference room that has to look right before a client visit
- A weekend pipe or water-heater failure discovered at 8 AM Monday
- A musty smell nobody can trace, with employees asking what they're breathing
- Task chairs and reception seating that haven't been cleaned in years
- A building that only allows this kind of work when the office is empty
Scope of work
What we handle.
- Open-plan and private-office carpet, worked after hours
- Conference-room and reception carpet, cleaned and dry before morning
- Task chairs, waiting-area seating, and upholstered panels
- Emergency water extraction and structural drying after pipe or roof failures
- Air-duct cleaning when dust, airflow, or odor is the complaint
- Mold inspections with written findings when there's a smell or a stain
From our jobs

How the work runs
Our process for offices properties.
Step 1
Walk-through, written scope
We walk the space with your office or facilities manager, evenings included, measure what needs cleaning, and put the scope in writing. If half the carpet can wait, the scope says so.
Step 2
After-hours by default
Office work runs evenings and Sundays so nobody's stepping over hoses at their desk. We plan visits so the carpet has the night to dry and the office opens on time. One scheduling note: we're closed Saturdays for Shabbat.
Step 3
Same-day water response
A failed line over your space is a same-day call, answered six days a week. We extract, dry to a measured standard with daily logged readings, and produce the documentation your commercial policy will ask for. On covered claims we bill the carrier directly, and plenty of jobs are paid directly by the business instead.
Step 4
Answers on air quality
A musty smell gets a moisture inspection before anyone quotes remediation. If a wall is wet we find it, and if the ducts are the problem we clean them. If there's no moisture problem, you get a written finding that says so.
Estimates
Free walkthrough, then a written scope.
Scoping an office starts with a free walkthrough with whoever manages the space, and ends with a written scope: what gets cleaned, when, and how the after-hours access works. Recurring rotations and one-time visits are both put in writing before anything is booked, and we'll say when part of the space doesn't need the work yet.
The scope is based on the property itself: square footage, access, scheduling windows, and what the walkthrough finds. It goes in writing before work starts, and if the work needs to change once we open something up, we call you before we do it.
Where this fits
- Professional suites where the carpet is nobody's full-time responsibility
- Offices that need everything done between close of business and the next morning
- Spaces hit by a weekend water failure that need drying and claim paperwork fast
- Teams with an air-quality question that needs a written answer
FAQs from offices managers
Questions we get most.
Can you really do everything after hours?
Yes. Evenings and Sundays are when most of our office work happens. Building access, security check-in, and elevator logistics get sorted with your property manager once, during setup. The one window we can't offer is Saturday: we're a Shabbat-observant company and that's our closed day.
Will the carpet be dry by morning?
That's how we schedule it. We clean early enough in the evening for the carpet to dry overnight, and add airflow where a building runs humid. If a heavily soiled section needs a second pass and could still be damp in the morning, we tell you before the visit.
We found water in the office — what should we do first?
Stop the source if you can safely reach the valve, keep people away from water near outlets and equipment, and call (845) 262-6530. The line is answered 8am to 6pm, Sunday through Friday. We extract and set drying the same day, and everything is photographed and metered from the first hour, because commercial claims run on documentation.
People are complaining about a musty smell. Is that mold?
Sometimes, which is why we inspect before we quote. Moisture meters and a thermal camera tell us whether anything is wet, and we check the ducts, the drains, and the corners with poor airflow. You get written findings either way: if remediation is warranted, the scope says what and why, and if it isn't, the report says no moisture problem was found, which is what you share with the team.
Ready for a walkthrough?
We reply within one business day, and the walkthrough is free.
Who's showing up
Local and independent since 2019.
The person on the phone is the person planning the job, and the crew that writes the scope is the crew that shows up to do it.
