What we collect

When you submit a contact or estimate form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your town or address, and the details of your request. We don't sell your personal information — to anyone, ever.

How form submissions are delivered

Forms on this site are delivered to our inbox at office@strausscleaners.com by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Web3Forms processes your submission solely to deliver it as an email to us; it is not used to build marketing profiles.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: schedule and complete the service you asked about, prepare an estimate, confirm an appointment, or answer a question. We don't send marketing blasts.

Text messages (SMS)

If you consent to text messages, we send transactional messages only — appointment reminders, technician arrival times, and service follow-ups, never promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.
