Someone in our office reads it and calls you back, usually the same day during office hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sun 8am–6pm · Closed Saturdays). We ask a few questions, then set an inspection time that works for you.
Free on-site inspection
We come out, look at the damage, and take moisture readings where water or mold is involved. The visit costs you nothing, and if you don't need the work done, we'll say so.
Written scope, and the insurance side
You get a written scope of what we found and what the repair involves. On covered water and mold claims we bill your insurer directly, and you pay your deductible. You don't need a claim to hire us; plenty of jobs are paid by the homeowner.
