Water damage restoration and mold remediation are the core of what we do, and the same crew still handles the cleaning services. We work in Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties in New York and Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties in North Jersey, with same-day emergency response six days a week. On covered water and mold claims we bill your insurer directly, though you don't need a claim to hire us.

Our Essex coverage centers on West Orange, where homes climb the Watchung ridges and runoff from the uphill lots ends up on the downhill ones. Hillside foundations hold back wet ground on the uphill wall every season, and that pattern, more than river flooding, drives the water and mold work here.

Jersey City and Hoboken sit on the Hudson at the far end of our service map, about an hour out and still same-day for emergencies. Sandy showed how much of both cities can flood, garden-level units sit below sidewalk grade, and combined sewers back up in heavy rain.
