How the job goes.

Inspect
Stains, odor sources, allergen load, and fabric type, plus a UV check for biological spots you can't see. What we find sets the treatment.

Pre-treat
Spot chemistry on stains, enzyme treatment on biological soiling, and an allergen treatment across the sleeping surface.

Extract
Low-moisture hand-tool extraction pulls out what the treatments released, with the moisture kept controlled so nothing reaches the deep foam layers where it can't dry.
- 04
Air-dry
Airflow drying, typically 2–4 hours, so the bed gets made up again the same evening.

Allergies or asthma in the household
Dust mites, dander, and skin cells build up in a mattress over years. Allergen treatment plus deep extraction reduces nighttime symptoms for many households. It isn't a cure for allergies, but there's less of the trigger in the bed you sleep in.
Bedwetting in kids' rooms
Enzyme treatment for the contamination, deodorizer that neutralizes rather than masks, then a protector layer to make the next accident easier to handle.
Years of yellow sweat and body-oil staining
Sweat and body oils oxidize and bond into the fibers, which is why old stains turn amber. We can lift a lot of it and freshen the whole surface, but discoloration that's years old doesn't always come out completely, and we say that up front.
Secondhand or inherited mattress before you sleep on it
From family, a move, or a marketplace listing. A full extraction and sanitizing pass before the first night on it is worth the visit. Memory foam gets the extra-low-moisture version so no water stays inside.

Questions we get most.
How long until my carpets and furniture are dry after cleaning?
Four to eight hours for carpet; upholstery is similar, sometimes longer for thick cushions. Fiber type, humidity, and airflow all play a role, and running ceiling fans or the HVAC fan speeds things up. We do extra extraction passes to pull out as much moisture as possible. Walking on damp carpet in clean socks is fine, but keep shoes, pets, and heavy furniture off until it's fully dry.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. Our standard residential line is non-toxic and biodegradable, chosen because we work in houses with kids, pets, and sensitivities every day. The rinse matters as much as the product: thorough extraction leaves no sticky residue in the fiber, which is what attracts soil back and causes irritation. Mention allergies or chemical sensitivities when you book and we'll use the mildest effective option.
Is the cleaning safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. The solutions we use in homes are child- and pet-safe at the dilutions we apply, and a thorough rinse means nothing harsh stays behind in the fiber. Keep kids and pets in another room during the work, mostly so nobody trips on hoses. Socks on damp carpet are fine right away; let pets back on once it's dry.
How do you clean mattresses?
With low-moisture hot-water extraction, so the mattress is dry by bedtime. It pulls out what builds up in a mattress over the years: dust mites and their debris, dead skin, sweat, and dander, which are common triggers for people who wake up congested. Stains get treated individually and deodorizing is available. It's an easy add-on to a carpet or upholstery visit, and worth doing yearly in dust-allergy households.
